STR:
- Launch VO, make sure Buttons are enabled in the VO Utility Rotor section
- Navigate to `data:text/html,<button>hello world</button>
- Press VO+U and navigate to buttons rotor menu
Expected:
hello world button is displayed
Actual:
Nothing is there 😬
