Details

STR (current Nightly, reproduced on both macOS and Win10):

  • Load a trivial document such as data:text/html,Hello world
  • Open the Print UI and select a "real" output device
  • Click Print
    • the document prints, as expected
  • Open the Print UI again
  • Select the Save to PDF destination
  • Select the real output device again
  • Click Print
    • the system print dialog unexpectedly appears

Further note: clicking Cancel on the system dialog at this point leaves the tab-modal UI in an unusable state (disabled, but still modally blocking the tab).

Looks like bug 1663445.
