When you tab to the cc button or the full-screen button there is no visual indication of focus.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load http://pauljadam.com/demos/html5-video-a11y.html
  2. Tab once to focus the video and see a faint focus indicator around the video frame.
  3. Tab a second time to focus the cc button (you can check that you're there by hitting the space button to activate the captions menu)
  4. Tab a third time to focus the full-screen button (you can check that you're there by hitting the space button to go into fullscreen)

Results: it's very difficult to tell where you've tabbed to because there is not focus indicator.

Expected results: it's easy to tell where you've tabbed to because the focused buttons have a clear focus indicator.

Tested with today's Nightly on Windows 10.
