Steps to reproduce:

"network.trr.excluded-domains"

• Active DNS over HTTPS
• Try to access local resolved domain
• Can't resolve local domain or resolve in wrong way
• Try to add domains in DNS over HTTPS exceptions
• Try to found that config in browser preferences
• Try to search in about:config
• Can't find, needs to search on Internet

Actual results:

Can't find easy config to add sites or domains to the DNS over HTTPS exceptions list.

Expected results:

Very easy way to common users to add sites do the DNS over HTTPS exceptions.
Preferable using beautiful user interface inside browser preferences.
