Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:80.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/80.0

Steps to reproduce:

Can edit recurring Calendar items if selecting ‘Edit all occurrences’; cannot edit same if trying 'Edit only this occurrence'

Actual results:

  • the latter loops with message ‘“This item has recently been changed on the server”’.

Expected results:

The error message should not be thrown up in the way of saving single edits.

Roland, I suppose you use a CalDAV calendar, correct? Also it could be helpful to know which service or server installation is on †he remote side.

Flags: needinfo?(cameralucida)

That's right Martin - CalDAV synced with Google Calendar.

Flags: needinfo?(cameralucida)

Previously an app reboot would force a sync. This has now gone. Without the ability to edit the calendar looks like I'll need to find another client.

Thanks for you help above. I'm closing this now tho as the error message also started popping up in the client side. Have now reverted to 68.12.1 and all's working fine again.
