during download of 'partition magic 7 demo', mozilla incorrectly identified the
.exe as a .zip file and add the .zip extension to the file as: 
"ENPartitionMagic7Demo.exe.zip".  WinZip failed to open the file, doing a DOS
rename to remove the .zip extension after d/l completion produced a working
executable....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. nav to: http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/
2. click "try now" to d/l the demo of pmagic7
3. register (bleh)
4. nav to: http://www.powerquest.com/products/download.cfm
5. click the link: "PartitionMagic 7.0 Demo"
6. resulting dialog id's file as WinZip type (application/x-zip-compressed)
incorrectly (the file is an .exe)
7. choosing to d/l file d/ls as a zip file... haven't tried the option to "open
the file w/ winzip"

Actual Results:  
.exe file has .zip extension tagged onto it incorrectly

Expected Results:  
downloaded the executable w/o changing the extension

Sorry for my ignorance but... how could be marked as a dupe for a fixed bug if
the problem still exist?

From Bug 120327 comment 325:
"I'm marking this bug as fixed to get it off the
mostfreq list and to prevent new bugs from being "lost" as dups of this bug or
comments on this bug.  There are already bugs for most of the other cases in
this bug's blocks list"

I'm checking blocks list for bug 120327 and I'm not sure which one is the best
option to mark this as a dupe.

The .exe converted to .exe.zip for the url provided is a problem in latest
stable realease (Mozilla 1.1 Final, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826)

Test from IE download an exe not a zip file.

The exact url is:
http://ak1891.powerquest.com/servlets/download?file=ENPartitionMagic7Demo.exe

but the only way to access it is using the registration/login form first
