Steps to reproduce:

Watching a movie. 1 gmail tab 2 youtube tabs (1 livestream 1 random video) 1 reddit tab 1 lichess tab. discord and steam apps. dota 2 videogame launched (The game is opcional usually is not necesary part of the rutine, but in this moment just happen in that way)

I apologize if my explanation is not clear. I would like to elaborate but I certainly don't know what triggers the error.

Actual results:

Well, sometimes when im just fooling around watching some videos on youtube with a max of 5 -7 tabs open. 1 tab may be freezed , like nothing work in that page, not even reload. or 2 tabs, and the rest work well.
other times i play some game, like point blank 2008 that take 1 or 2 gb of ram. not other program beyond discord or spotify. Or even leave the pc for like 30 minutes and come back, and everything work fine for a moment and then some web or video player like youtube ramdonly crash (with crash i mean 0 response, 0 interaction. cant click or select anything just in that tab. the rest absoluty normal)

Expected results:

that work "normal". Im new in firefox, and i think is pretty annoying if im watching some live streaming in youtube and the web stop working, or if picture in picture freeze. then, i must close the tab and open a new one.
and that it does not take my 16 gb of ram 15.5 for a tab.

I have tried using safe mode. and apparently I have had no problems in that mode. I have detected that if I put a live feed, for example on youtube, it can cause the problem. but in safe mode I could not generate the crash. I have not tried disabling the add-ons only.

Seems like there is an add-on issue here. Can you please share the crash report here too? You can find it in about:support.
I am looking at Bug 1658571 and wondering if it is not the same issue but due to a different addon, especially that you mentioned it is not happening with Safe Mode (this mode disables all addons, FYI).
Please update to the latest Firefox Release and check out if you still encounter that RAM usage.

Right now im just using 1 addone uBlock origin. Testing 1 by 1
Already updated. v 81.0 64 bits

still testing everything i can. but so far, no errors. 4 addons in use 1 miss to add. but , idk if something have to do with my problem, but i just deleted all my acc users of windows, and now i have only 1 main local user. the unique change on pc. Beyond that, i use even more tabs, more videos in parallel and even more processes, no errors yet.

I think that's all. I have tried all Addons and with various configurations and no fault has appeared. It may be that with the latest updates from version 81 they have been corrected.
