1666478 - Consider updating the "Hide Picture-inPicture Toggle" string and adding more options to the context menu

Currently, the only option available in the PiP submenu is the Hide Picture-in-Picture Toggle one, which disables the overlay controls from appearing on videos until they are turned back on from about:preferences#general.

• Maybe we should consider updating the string in this case to something that more closely represents the fact that the options will no longer be displayed. For example, something like Permanently Hide Picture-in-Picture Toggle.

We should also consider adding two more options:

• A Learn More option in this submenu would be of use to users as it would be another way for them to end up reading how to re-toggle it should they want that in the future.

  • This would serve to teach users on how to turn the option back one as well as give them more information on what the option does.

• A Hide Controls until Restart option would again serve the purpose of having the controls hidden for the current session and they would reappear in the next browsing session.

  • This would help users who temporarily do not want to see the PiP toggle without having them go to the about:preferences page to turn it on again.
