This test needs the same type of changes as
https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/30cd33572b3d
and the followup fix to that
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f51b6c3688a4

This came up in the intermittent https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1667275 which was resolved by backing out the regressing bug.

Attachment: Bug 1667469. Fix layout/base/tests/test_scroll_space_no_range_overflow_scroll.html to flush out any scrolling that happens as a result of focusing an element before doing scroll related testing. r?kats,botond
