Many moons ago I was on a project where the project manager wanted us to use Bugzilla's time tracking fields to track our work and so I think I got the timetracking group added to me back then. Now it just means I see all the time tracking stuff in the UI and it is just noise so I'd like to have this group removed from me so I no longer see it.
