Steps to reproduce:
I was downloading several files and for keep the library clean y was deleting canceled downloads from history in the library and that broke actual download when file names are the same. I was on linux mint xfce
Actual results:
Broken downloads in progress of the same file name. Finish with errors.
Expected results:
Just deleting the old entry in library and no errors in other files.
