User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open chat.mozilla.org and look for the "Encryption upgrade available" popup

Actual results:

If WebRender is enabled, semi-transparent squares are visible near the popup. Seems to be WebRender-only bug/feature.

Expected results:

Popup should have displayed without the squares.
