My e-mail account settings (pop/smtp-server) and the e-mails are lost. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.Exit Mozilla 2.Restart Mozilla (don't know what might be the problem) Actual Results: After I restarted Mozilla all settings of the browser (i.e. Startpage) and of the mail client got lost. My e-mail account settings (pop/smtp-server) and the e-mails are lost. Expected Results: It shouldn't have deleted my settings.
Do you use quicklaunch ? DO you still see your profile in the OS USer Directory ? (c:\dokumente und Einstellungen\...)

That sounds like bug 155080 (see the Mozilla 1.1b release notes) If yes: It seem that "only" your prefs.js is gone. 1: Make a backup of your profile ! 2: Look in the files prefs.bak if it contains your Mail Informations but I expect that you clobbered it. You can try this to get your mail back: Create the Accounts again with the exact same name as the old Accounts. If you have problems send a mail and I'll try to fix your problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 155080 ***
