Windows XP. Mozilla 1.1. On this bug entry page, if I click on the page background (to ensure keyboard focus is not in any of the list or text boxes, rolling the mouse wheel does nothing. Spacebar, Page Up and Page Down work perfectly. On most other pages, wheel scrolling works OK.
Actually, rolling the mouse wheel does do something on the query page: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi It scrolls the "only bugs where any of the fields" box if the pointer is over it, otherwise it scrolls the OS listbox - regardless of where the pointer or keyboard focus are.
