Steps to reproduce:
Just tabbing between elements on the page
Actual results:
Outline of elements in focus when tabbing on the page is very subtle and lacks contrast for people with poor vision
Expected results:
Feel like it should be similar to Chrome - bold blue or pretty much anything with higher contrast.

This is on our radar as part of bug 1626512, so I'll close this as a duplicate. The new focus outline is already implemented as part of work for non-native theme improvements.
