Press ctrl + p (on linux at least)
Press ctrl + '+'
The underlying page is zoomed, but one would expect the print preview.

We haven't implemented zooming in the UI yet, but I guess we might want to map it to that once we have. (I suppose the other alternative would be to map it to the Scale field, but that would probably be unexpected once the zoom in/out buttons are added.) For now maybe make these keys no-ops?
