Bug 1661010 is still happening if you enable touch mode. Granted, it's difficult to get the theme working properly as you choose for every situation.

So why not set the frame value as: #FFC999 for the light version at least? It will make almost like bug 1661010 isn't happening (only the sides will look broken). Something similar could be done for the dark version as well (#291D4F).

Bug 1661295 would look less worse as well (though this should be fixed), and potentially other bugs.
