This is a follow-up bug of bug 1667362.

findMessage(s) that checks messages displaying in webconsole, is defined/used in webconsle, aboutdebugging and styleeditor that a test added in bug 1667362 respectively.
As Julian suggested at phabricator, we'd better expose the function to shared-head etc.
