User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:81.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/81.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have 2 monitors, setup above each other.
  2. Open firefox.
  3. Maximize the window (if needed).
  4. Open another firefox window on the second monitor.
  5. Play something in fullscreen (a youtube video).
  6. Click anywhere in the first firefox window (to set the window active).
  7. Observe a white bar on the second monitor, the one with the fullscreen video playing.

Actual results:

A white bar is showing on top of a fullscreen video.

Expected results:

Nothing showing over the fullscreen video.

I should probably also say that the same thing happens in Thunderbird.

Occurs when Win10 extended desktop is used with 2 monitors in vertical configuration, and Firefox is open in the lower of the 2 monitors.
