Follow up to Bug 1667368.

Let's attempt to create a test that simulates the race conditions which cause the inspector front prior to the patch from Bug 1667368 to return multiple highlighters from getOrCreateHighlighterByType().

The test should always pass after the patch from Bug 1667368 is applied.
