1669877 - Can't revert "Never email me about this bug"

On bug 1554850, I accidentally checked "Never email me about this bug" when I missed the "Save Changes" button, and then successfully hit the "Save Changes" button.

Now, I can uncheck "Never email me about this bug", and "Save Changes", but "Never email me about this bug" is checked again after the changes are "saved".

I also tried clicking "Edit Bug" before unchecking, but the result is the same.

Yes, checking the ignored bug in that list and "Submit changes" achieves the expected behavior, thanks.
