  1. Set dom.security.https_only_mode = true and network.trr.mode = 3 (TRR only).
  2. Visit http://forums.mozillazine.org

Expected:

Nightly Detected a Potential Security Issue > Accept the Risk and Continue

Actual:

Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site.

The site identity panel does not have an option to toggle off HTTPS-Only mode.

Julian, can you take a look at this one?
