Details
In Bug 1664603, the user reported that Firefox tried to use WebRender with drivers provided by AMD installed, apparently without explicitly enabling WebRender by prefs. Our whitelist should not be enabling WebRender by default on such drivers yet.

We are explicitly disabling WebRender for users with AMD proprietary drivers:
