We've had quite a number of bug reports where paper sizes saved to prefs have ended up corrupt in one way or another. That can result in printing being broken with various non-obvious symptoms such as a small white rect with no content showing up in the print preview area (see bug 1659928, for example).

As brought up by Sam in that but, I think it would be worth considering moving the "Paper size" field out of the collapsed-by-default "More settings" section. It's one of the more important fields for people to see before hitting Print, and if we get more of these types of issues having the field visible-by-default would give user a much better chance of noticing a broken paper size and connecting the dots to fix things themselves.
