What I got: Forward/Back icons become distorted

Steps to reproduce:

1) Change toolbar to display in text only mode (Control- click toolbar)
2) Select Text only
3) Quit and relaunch app
4) Choose View-Customize Toolbar
5) Notice distorted icons

Confirming this appears to be a 10.2 only issue since I can't repro on 10.1.4.

cannot seem to repro this on 10.2.2 with 2002.12.04.04. marking WFM. do reopen
if it's still a problem, though.
