test-info-all-tests.json downloaded artifact no longer includes test run counts or run times and so searchfox test info boxes can't display them

Searchfox attempts to display information about how many times a test was run, how many times it fails, and how long it took to run, but the upstream information source "test-info-all-tests.json" no longer seems to be including this information. This manifests as the test info boxes sometimes just being green boxes with no information if there are no skips. It's also possible the green boxes may not correlate with reality. It seems like this has been happening for at least a few days.

I'm seeing the data is back again. I'm going to leave the bug open for now so that people can more easily find it if the data regresses again.
The general situation from a discussion on "Firefox Testing" on chat.mozilla.org on Tues, October 13th is that the ActiveData mechanism that is the source of this data was having issues and the experts on that infrastructure were no longer around/available. It sounds like there's an interest in replacing ActiveData with something simpler/less resource intenstive and perhaps Treeherder itself could fulfill Searchfox/mach's data needs.
