In the last 7 days there have been 24 occurrences on windows7-32 debug and windows10-64-qr debug.

(Not urgent!) This seems like it spiked on Wednesday, do we know what triggered that?

The 2020-11-18 spike is not first day which saw it being more frequent (see 2020-11-13). This time the failures were mostly on Windows 10 x64 WebRender compared to Windows 7 in the past but there weren't enough failures to say that this wasn't just statistical noise.
