Steps to reproduce:
- In System Preferences > General, enable "Use LCD font smoothing when available"
- Open Nightly
- Open a new tab so that there are two
about:newtabtabs. - Observe first tab title is now bold.
- Quit Nightly
- In System Preferences > General, disable "Use LCD font smoothing when available"
- Repeat 2-3, and observe text is not bold.

Actual results:
Tab titles rendered as bold text.
Expected results:
Tab titles rendered without bold text.

This seems to only happen with WebRender enabled.
