Affected versions
- Firefox 83.0a1
- Firefox 82.0b8
Affected platforms
- Windows 10 64bit
- Ubuntu 18.04 64bit
- macOS 10.14
Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox
- Navigate to any webpage (i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page ).
- Enable reader view.
- Open the new print modal.
- Select A4, print the page and compare the actual print vs the preview.
Expected result
- The preview is the same as the printed paper.
Actual result
- The preview is missing the borders while they're printed on the paper.
Regression Window
- Does not seem to be a regression since the old UI is also affected.
Additional notes
- This reproduces for both actual print and save to pdf.

I can reproduce this on Windows. However if I maximize my Firefox window for a larger preview the borders are shown.
