I noticed yesterday 09,05,2002 that my yahoo home page wasnt loading a few gifs,
especially the top gifs that show email, my yahoo, and the like.
I got into my yahoo mail and it is really messed up, no gifs show up, only text
and some formatting which allows me to access my online mail. I then tried two
of my own websites I own. www.world-wizardry.com and www.powts.com.
World-wizardry is just a construction page at the momment with three gifs, but
the powts.com is my main business site and neither of them can be seen.
The page loads but the screen is nothing but a blank white page.
If I go to googles main page, the main google logo doesnt show up, just the
usual empty box with the broken page pic that shows where the gif would be.
I was using your last version but had auto update enabled.
I thought it might had been something I did so I went and downloaded the full
1.1 release and installed that.
Nothing has changed.
I have tested all these sites within Internet Explorer and every page comes up
fine. I can use that for sites that I really need to get to at the momment, but
I really dislike using IE.
If you need any more information please feel free to contact me.
Oh...I also use web mail for my two sites, http://webmail.powts.com/ will work,
but with no gifs showing up, but http://webmail.world-wizardry.com/ comes up
completly blank.

This problem is a probably a dupe of bug 88054 via bug 135253.

Please read the bug reporting guidelines. Which version do you use? What else
changed on your system. Did you do a clean install? Please try a new profile ...

pi
From the builds and operating system used by the reporter, it is obvious to say
that Mozilla should work. So I suspect this "bug" is a typical "install without
uninstall the previous version" issue. Or (less likely) he shares his Mozilla
profile with Netscape 6.x or 7. A clean install as Boris suggested will probably
fix the problem.
Try clearing the Cache, if that helps then it's probably bug 121084.
Clearing all the cache worked like a charm.
Thank you all for your help.
I am sorry about the trouble, I am quite new to these kind of things but I am
slowly converting.
Thanks again.
