Details
about:blank's background color is currently hardcoded to be white if prefers-color-scheme is light and 0x2a2a2e if it's dark. We should let the app configure this color in case they want a different "base" color (e.g. purple or red or whatever).

Looks like all we have to do is expose browser.display.background_color
