Description

Antenna uses the raven library to send data to Sentry (unhandled exceptions, etc). That library is deprecated in favor of sentry-sdk (https://pypi.org/project/sentry-sdk/).

John switched the rest of Socorro in bug #1543097. We can probably crib from that work.

This bug covers switching to sentry-sdk.

This deployed to stage and I tested it out. Stage is auto-deployed, so there's no tag so the "release" is the commit sha. That's probably fine. In production, I'd expect the tag and then the sha.

I deployed this just now in bug #1756837. The tag isn't in the release and I'm not sure why. I wrote up bug #1756844 to fix that. Otherwise everything looks fine.
