Experiencing the exact same issue w/Firefox 103.0.2, Windows 10 21H1, Intel i5-7300HQ (iGPU HD Graphics 630). The machine is a laptop with dual GPUs, second GPU is NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti (but it appears to not be used by Firefox).

Your Intel graphics driver version is very old, try updating to the latest Intel 31.0.101.2111 graphics driver.

Since this has been sitting uninvestigated for some time, do we still think a severity of "S2" is appropriate?
