Currently this dropdown menu is a question mark icon only, with no accompanying text. To improve usability and accessibility, there should also be text, i.e. "Help and Resources"
there is good documentation in this dropdown but its existence is not apparent to users

We have this changed to "Help" in the push health mockups for brevity :)
