Hi Veeru,
Thanks for the answer. I was unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 Firefox Nightly 84.0a1 (2020-10-23) (64-bit). But maybe you can provide me with a bit more info.
Does this issue occur with a fresh profile? you can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Can you please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem and see if the issue still occurs there as well?
Thanks in advance, Flor.
If the browser crashes after clearing the history, it should still reopen the tabs on restart / display 'about:sessionrestore' page.
Tried on Nightly 84.0a1 (2020-10-24) (32-bit) on Windows 7.
- open a few tabs
- clear all browsing history
- simulate a crash by terminating firefox process.
- launch firefox - 'open tabs from last session are lost'
Ideally, the 'open tabs' should be restored even after clearing the history.

Hi,
So this doesn't happen always, but I got to reproduce it on the third try. I reproduced it on Windows 10, 84.0a1 (2020-10-26) (64-bit). I'll assign a component so that a developer may look at it.
Regards, Flor.
