Homepage Remediation: Search Value Props Experiment

User Story: As an existing user who has set a custom search engine as my homepage at some point in the past, I am aware of the recent improvements to the firefox default home page, and have the opportunity to try it out.

Experimenter is the source of truth for details and delivery. Changes to Bugzilla are not reflected in Experimenter and will not change delivery configuration.
