(1) The checkbox labeled "for the originating Web site only"
    refuses to be checked under any and all circumstances.

(2) The "Manage Images" button summons into existence an
    untitled, minimized window. This window, when resized,
    displays no content whatsoever.

I noticed this too on Build 20020907, Windows XP. The checkbox for Manage Images
and Manage Cookies doesn't wanna live a checked life... :)

In response to your earlier comment, should this
bug be marked a dupe of bug 161749 -- I am not
presently in a position to judge, as the summary
(there, humorous as it is) could be interpreted
in any number of ways.

Don, yes. Thanks for the reminder. I meant to mark it when I commented and I
forgot. When we resolve bug 161749 we'll check to make sure this is fixed as
well and we'll verify this bug is a duplicate then. Thanks for your help in
testing Phoenix and reporting bugs.
