Product: Firefox → Core

I can reproduce that on Fx82 Release and Fx84 Nightly, I will investigate what's happened.

This website didn't use either media element or web audio to produce sound, it use web speech instead. I can reproduce this issue even on Fx57, so this apparently is a long existing issue.

In addition, this page can't run smoothly on Firefox, no matter on the older versions or current latest version. Running it on the older versions has even better performance. This page can be run smoothly on Chrome86.

I've also run into a few issues with the closing sound on a regular basis.
