Click red [Reload] button does not wotk. it returns "Not Found The requested resource was not found on this server."

This is a recent regression(since today)

Reproducible: always:

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Visit https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&searchStr=windows%2C2012%2Cx64%2Copt&fromchange=3375d61964c9
  2. Wait for a red [Reload] button to appear on the display.
    (the button sometimes appear for some reason.)
  3. Click the red [Reload] button

Actual Results:
It loads https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&searchStr=windows%2C2012%2Cx64%2Copt&fromchange=3375d61964c9

And page shows as follows:

Not Found
The requested resource was not found on this server.

Expected Results:
just reload the page
