Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://1stwebdesigner.com/a-collection-of-interesting-parallax-effects/
2. Scroll to "Firewatch Parallax in CSS"
3. Scroll content inside embedded iframe

Using Firefox 81.0.2 (64-bit) on Fedora Linux with Wayland compositor.

Actual results:

Content overflows outside of iframe.

Expected results:

Content should stay inside iframe.

I can reproduce the issue on Nightly84.0a1 Ubuntu20.04 Gnome, Basic compositor.

And I can also reproduce the issue on Nightly84.0a1 Windows10 if HWA / Webrender disabled(i.e. Basic / Direct3D 11 (Advanced Layers)).

Reproduces with and without WebRender on my MBP.

In particular, the bugged testcase now seems to be the third one on the page: https://codepen.io/fluxus/pen/rweVgp

None of the examples are "leaking" outside of iframes anymore, at least on Fedora 38 Linux with Wayland.
