Hi Raluca, does your headset work on other sites, like https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html or whereby.com? Just wondering if this is a problem with our hardware support or more of a site compat issue. Thanks!

Can you please write down the exact model of this headset ? Can you attach a copy of about:support raw data (see the button at the top) with it attached to the computer? Thanks!

Raluca, in comment 0 you say this is a USB headset. In other comments, I see it's a wired headset, what is it? How is the headset plugged to you computer? Via two plugs (one mic one headphones), one plug via an adapter, USB ?

If you go to the cog icon on Google Meet, and you try to select a microphone there, do you see it? Does it work afterwards? We know that Google Meet sometimes doesn't present the devices in the list initially, but does with the cog icon.

Hello,
I cannot reproduce this issue on Nightly 85.0a1 (2020-11-25), Win 10. Now my headsets are recognized by Google meet and Hangouts apps. I think that this bug can be closed.

I've been made aware of some weirdness Google Meet is doing when requesting devices. Such as using constraint to pick a device used in a previous session.
