User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020901 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020901 If I add an additional SMTP server and I set the new one as default, it might happen that I cannot deliver mail, I get the message "failed to connect to %S server". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add a new SMTP server 2.set the new one as default 3.send a message through the new SMTP server Actual Results: Failure of message delivery; receiving is still correct on all accounts. If I switch to the original SMTP server it works fine. I have to delete the new SMTP, the old one, aand repeat installation of SMTP servers. Expected Results: Deliver message

I don't know if this is related, but I also got this message except I was deleting a duplicate SMTP server. After I did this, I was unable to send mail from about half od my accounts, the only way to fix this was to go into prefs.js and manually change which servers they send mail to.
