We should only add a suite-level value when more than one subtest exists in the perfherder data.

We should only add a suite-level value when more than one subtest exists in the perfherder data.
To add, the suite-level value is optional and meant to represent the subtests. When this is not appropriate, the suite value can be omitted and Perfherder will treat the subtests as independant tests. Visual metrics in Raptor-browsertime is an example of this.
