With 3 windows and around 80 tabs, this is basically 99% of where the session saver pause spends time.

This was on my fast development machine, though admittedly it was building Firefox at the time... still, I wouldn't expect this to take anywhere near this amount of time. I'd also expect the info to be cached - windows don't move workspaces that frequently, and the OS presumably notifies us when that does happen.
