similar to Bug 1673060, this will track the work for getting tests running on apple/aarch64 DTK's.
We should do our best for bugs here to be specific to the aarch64 platform, and not the OS change to BigSur, but inevitably there will be bugs blocking this which are BigSur related and not necessarily DTK.
