Go to url http://www.wetter.de.
If you have Flash Plugin installed a flash plugin showing a map of Germany will
appear.
Click on the map and it will be zoomed. Click on one of the tabs below the map
changing the day of the weather forecast and no data will be transferred.

I found the problem with Mozilla 1.1.
The flash plugin does work in konqueror 3.0.2 on the same machine.
see bug 165942, make sure you have the latest version of the flash plugin
installed..
The latest version for Linux is Shockwave Flash 5.0 r50.
There is no version 6.0 for Linux but only for Windows.

Obviously I'm running on Linux.
See
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161034#c3 in an older bug from you.
I guess there nothing mozilla developers can do to fix this (except demanding a
never plugin for linux from macromedia).
I don't agree with comment#3.
The flash plugin is working with Mozilla 1.0.
It's only Mozilla 1.1 where I encounterd the problem.
I will test a nightly build asap.
WFM: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/2002090311

Detlef, thanks for the detail description of the problem here,
it wasn't clear for me what was the problem in bug 161034:(
I understand what's going on now,
yes this is known mozilla 1.1 regression and I'm marking this as a dup of 166613
