:ochameau already started investigating the main issue blocking this in Bug 1503499. This is non trivial and we will most likely look at this in devtools-fission m3

Note that we disabled the two tests permafailing on Fission platforms in Bug 1677587. They should still be fixed, but at least the rest of DAMP can run on Fission platforms now.

Removing Bug 1678741 from dependencies, because the fix in Bug 1682780 should be enough to fix DAMP.

The skipped tests were timing out on page load, and are not trying to set breakpoints.
The fix landed in Bug 1682780 should be enough to fix them on fission platforms.
