Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access a pdf which has links in it, for example
- Hold and drag a link from the pdf
Expected result
- The shadow is near the cursor
Actual result
- The shadow is offset

- I will see for a regression.

- The issue can be seen in the attachment.
