This may not GeckoView issue since bug 1639307 is for desktop Firefox. (or This is web compat issue)
When inputting text on https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/playground.html, text might be duplicated. This is from https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/15855

According to https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/index.html, "The Monaco editor is not supported in mobile browsers or mobile web frameworks", so this is low priority
