Since today's deploy of bugzilla.mozilla.org, filing bugs from treeherder's UI fails and returns server error 500. The web ui makes a request to the Treeherder server which creates the bug using Bugzilla's API.
Is this a regression from bug 1670319? Are changes to BMO or Treeherder needed?
Filing all the intermittent bugs manually is time intensive and something the code sheriffing team wants to avoid.

The treeherder API is throwing a 500 error because its expecting an 'id' key in the response, but what we receive from the rest/bug endpoint after trying to create a bug is:
{ "documentation": "https://bmo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/", "code": 100500, "error": true, "message": null }
I can see in our New Relic logs that this key error started on Oct 22nd but was only noticed by the sheriffs today.
